Presenting to clients

Adviser Toolkit turns the modelling into a live client conversation rather than a slide export. You present the actual tools, in your firm's brand, and change the numbers in front of the client.

Before the meeting

  • Use the presentation and deck builder to arrange the scenarios and pages you want to walk through.
  • Add speaker notes, or ask Vera for suggested talking points based on the modelling.
  • Switch on client meeting mode to hide everything internal: other clients, your pipeline, your notes.

In the room, or on a call

    Start presenter mode

    The client sees a clean, branded screen. You keep a private console with your notes, the next pages and the meeting coach.

  2. 2

    Point, draw and annotate

    Use the live on-screen pointer to guide the client's eye, and the SmartBoard whiteboard to sketch a structure or capture a thought, with handwriting recognition.

  3. 3

    Model live

    When the client asks what happens if they retire two years earlier, change the input and show them. The projection updates in front of them.

The live meeting coach

The meeting coach offers quiet prompts on your private console: psychology cues, compliance reminders and questions worth asking. The client never sees it, and you can turn it off.
